It's not bad, but I don't see anything special in it that would make it different from the similar templates out there. I'd advise you to add to it a unique creative touch that would make the template more valuable so that you would have more chance of getting an approval for this.

I really appreciate the fact that you didn't hate rate the item or use it as leverage, and first you chose to ask for a refund kindly, in cases like these if the item is not as described and the author refused to provide you with a refund you can escalate the case with Envato support . If what you describe is true, the item will be disabled and you'll be offered a full refund.

Can i use a Barack Obama picture ?
You can't use it in promotion of your item without model release but you could probably use a photo of commonly known person made in connection with the performance of its public functions (political, social, professional) like Obama photo in article at political magazine website. It may vary depending on the country.

I bought the theme Marketify.
I didn't have time to read everything, I just looked at the live demo.
After I bought it I found out that actually this theme is not a market theme, is just a ordinary shop theme that can be enhanced by buying more plugins
So the demo it wasn't reflecting what is selling, it was reflecting what it could be. the same I could say if I buy any themeforest theme that supports those plugins.
So I asked for a refund, because the theme is not as described.
The author responded that the theme is as described, when I ask him why the demo is different he stoped responded.
He refuse to take any action, so I can't go further to talk with Envato, is been more then 6 days.
Because of this I rated 1 star, what to do next ?
Please note that I rated 1 star after he stoped responded. I never used the rating as leverge.

By the way: Like I said before, there actually is a license certificate included in the ZIP file. And this license basically is the same as a "Music Standard License".
Yet you're right - it's (always) better to contact AdRev / Audiam etc. directly than disputing via YouTube. And the easiest and best way in this case probably is to directly contact the author.
As for the general question if tracks that are ContentID registered should be offered as a Free File of the Month on AJ at all: I think it would be nice to get some feedback from envato staff on this...? @KingDog

Yes I totally agree with you, that makes sense... I still don't understand why Scottwills and Placdarms authorized me in the first place to use it (maybe the rules changed ?)... it took me one hour to replace the picture.
Why didn't they simply send me a mail that they would disable the item if I don't remove the picture ?
I lost 4 days offline (time to review / weekend)
I lost Time / Money / and was kicked of the Popular Items page (wich is very important for a "Photo Animator" item like VoluMax)
By the way I don't understand why I am not anymore in the "Top Sellers - 3 months" ... I hope it will update soon.
All this was really painful...

Creative Commons applies to the picture. Not to the person portrayed in the picture. To use the picture of a person you need a license for the pic and a model release for the person. Without the permission of Obama, of course you cannot use his image for the promotion of your product. I don't understand how @scottwills could tell you it's ok to do so.

Author abandoned Template - Please Help
Dear Authors,
i bought the template Le Tissier along with 6 month of support but the other has abandoned the support and i cant reach him even though i bought the support. The Envato Help Center doesnt want to help me either. Can you maybe help me out to fix some bugs? Its just 3 minor ones and besides that the website is finished.
First Bug:
On this site if u view it on a really big screen the white paper on which the text is written moves to the right while the picture doesnt. But i need the white page to be in the middle of the picture like it is in small sized screens.
Second Bug:
If i view the Home Page on a mobile Phone the picture isnt shown fully.
Third Bug.
If i view the Home page on a mobile phone there is a Menu Button but if i click on it it stays empty which makes it impossible to navigate
Since the author has abandoned the Support and envato help center wont help me either it would be really great if u could help me with the bug fixes

Changes to the refund, dispute and ratings system on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon
What is the point of your refund system envato?
Even though you declared the author was in charge of deciding whether the customer should be refunded or not, now we got messages from YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT asking us for complementary information when a customer is not refunded and send a message to your support to get refunded anyway.
Basically, we get bothered twice now: by the customer, and your customer support.
Such a loss of time and energy to get a miserable commission by item anyway.

First Item and First Hard Reject - Could you please download plugin and write some advice?
Personally (just my opinion) I don;t get the relevance or use to this - 99% of sites/themes etc. will have their own contact page/section/shortcode without the need to bloat it with a plugin.
On top of this you plugin is not going to style the same as the theme so there is going to be more work for the user to make it fit.
Beyond that the aesthetics of the demo are not great. There's numerous inconsistencies and issues in spacing, margins, typography etc.
Again just my opinion but I don't really see what this offers that is unique or that most themes (esp. those with page builders) cannot do without the need for plugins and in the theme per-detemrined style
