What is the point of your refund system envato?

Even though you declared the author was in charge of deciding whether the customer should be refunded or not, now we got messages from YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT asking us for complementary information when a customer is not refunded and send a message to your support to get refunded anyway.

Basically, we get bothered twice now: by the customer, and your customer support.

Such a loss of time and energy to get a miserable commission by item anyway.
