We reached the 500k approx 6 months back as well but have had a support ticket with them and received crumpler bag about 1.5 months back. I suggest you to open a support ticket with them

And since Elite is based on the sales value and each sale can be with different price, I don't really see how sales number can be a metric at all.
Also the sales count is on the right of the profile page, if I understand correctly and that's the number you're referring to.

Is there a way to change the entire frame rate of a project in a few simple clicks, or with a script?
Sometimes I want the whole job to be 24 or 29.97fps and I don't want to change the settings for hundreds of sequences.

Yep, so it kind of makes your initial statement, that you dont have an invoice for the authors share of the sale, not exactly so, right?
I understand your pain, but please keep it civil, as many accusations sound just out of place. Have you actually had any trouble with those invoices, while dealing with your accountant, or the authorities? Seems like a simple "print and submit" to me. It is an invoice after all. And yes, there are many galleries, that sell goods of unregistered artists, and issue invoices on their behalf, no biggie.
I think the rejection is mainly due to the repetitiveness over track length ratio. The track is too long compared to how much is going on.
Nothing wrong with production. I bet it would be accepted if you kept it around 2~3 minutes.
A slightly better piano sample and a string sample that's a little less "wobbly" in the tuning and I think this is in.

It's a nice track. I think you obviously know what you're doing, and honestly I think hard rejecting this is silly. A couple of notes that might make it more AJ-reviewer-friendly:
The kick drum hits are a bit dominant throughout, and given that they repeat that 4 pattern, it gets a little tiresome on the ear.
The detuning on the opening pad is a bit aggressive. Maybe an overwhelmed reviewer just hard rejected based on that? Its a little off putting at the start.
Other than the above, the mix is nice and the samples and synths seems really nicely balanced throughout. I think a reviewer made a mistake hard rejecting this one. (I'd rather they, say, rejected anything with uke and clapping for a month).
Sorry about the reject, its a great piece in my opinion.

@themac in that case envato is the one to blame. They are the ones evading taxes or whatever they're doing. I'm a long time buyer and it wasn't always like this.
@Soundlufs there are 3 invoices not 2! Take a look:
One of the invoices has the Author on it and also envato under "Supplier for VAT purposes:". Now should I register this invoice with the author's info or envato's? And what if the author doesn't have company details (as many users don't)?
I don't understand why can't envato just release a single damn invoice with all the details specified there? The system is stupid from the buyer's accounting point of view, but I bet it has certain "benefits" for envato.

I have been told by our web developer that Avada now has a forum. I have looked at the demo but still don't understand what it will and won't do. Can it be set up to create a community with subgroups like facebook or linkedin? Can users have profile pages and have "friends" rather than just "followers"?

I think the track happy go lucky is a good idea but the problem is in the mix. It's missing something in the drums and in the bass. You might want to consider reworking it a bit and try to get the sound a little fuller. The stormy guitar track sounds cool but it might be difficult to get sales with it. Maybe that's why that one was not accepted. Hope that helps.
What @PurpleFogSound said, you get 2 invoices which cover all the sum. We see it the same in our statements, 2 invoices for a sale. You`ve probably missed it.
But it's not the badges users are interested in, its the level of overall earnings made and the percentage of earnings you then make on each item sold, the only way to know your exact overall sales was this monitor, and now its gone, now I cannot tell how much more I need to earn until a move up another percentage earning on items. I do not understand why this would be removed.

the problem is, that the authors are not the direct sellers, no matter what Envato says - there is no contact between author and buyer, just between buyer and envato or author and envato
When you buy on Envato you get 2 invoices. One for Envato's fee and one for the author's sale. It would be more practical to have the transaction traced in a single invoice, but you are nonetheless provided with documents covering your spending.

All the authors should provide invoices! That's the legal way to do it... it's called business after all! If they don't then they are evading the legal system, making them felons. And above all, envato is encouraging this behavior with their platform which sells digital goods illegally.
I agree with others - first track (Stormy Slide Guitar) not for AJ.
"Happy Go Lucky" can be ok for AudioJungle, but after some inprovenents:
1) Try to play your melody at standart instruments to this style (whistle, bell, piano, guitar, ect)
2) Try to get more professional sound in your mix. You can listen some examples (from top sellers) and try to create sound close to them. Good luck!
