Change frame rate of entire AE project? 24, 25, 29.97 fps

I often combine Videohive AE projects that have different frame rates

Is there a way to change the entire frame rate of a project in a few simple clicks, or with a script?

Sometimes I want the whole job to be 24 or 29.97fps and I don't want to change the settings for hundreds of sequences.

Thanks for your help. The authors here are great!
