I have two VH account. I deleted my files from one, and upload to another marketplaces. Then I switched my second account to non-exclusive. After the process finished, (1month!) i reupload my two file and they got reject. How can i set my profile from exclusive to non-exclusive and selling the old deleted files??
"This project is very similar to your deleted projects and it even includes parts from them. unfortunately we don't allow authors to remove and repost their projects. that creates unfair advantages over other authors. Please contact support, ask them to undelete one of your deleted projects and then you can resubmit this as an update to it. We can't accept it as a brand new submission.
