MY account was hacked. i have several themes on my account. when i contacted them via help centre . i received one email and never received any again. I have chased them and still no response. this affected our busness badly

This is couple of hours that my envato account has bee hacked and i have not heard from you since we responded to your email. i have loads of themes that we purchased as company and the impact of not being able to log on having a negative impact on the business.
