Just to clarify... the reasons given in the dropdown don't automatically mean that any one of those is a valid reason for issuing a refund. It's just so the buyer can tell you why they want a refund, you're still welcome to decline that refund. And I'm guessing it's so Envato can track stats on refund reasons as well.
Nothing has changed when it comes to the reasons why people want refunds... if somebody wants a refund as their cat is looking a bit scruffy, and they need the money back to get the cat down to the grooming salon, then they are well within their rights to ask for a refund. That's not to say they're going to get one though!
