How to include an icon pack with an item?

Hi everyone,

I was browsing some categories on Graphicriver and I realised that in the presentation category for instance, many items also provide like 500 icons for free. I would like to know how could I do the same. Can I use a free icon pack like I would use a free font and link to it OR is it rightly possible to buy an icon pack and simply include it with my presentation as free?
