Changes to the refund, dispute and ratings system on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon

onsider this scenario. A buyer asks for a refund for an invalid reason. Author declines his request.

Now the Buyer left a 1 star review saying that the theme does not work (infact its working). So that review is usually not against the review rules. But the Buyer took the advantage of it.. just because the Author declined his request.

In this case, Whether we can remove that rating?

A check something like: Buyer Initiated Refund => Buyer Left 1 star => Then we should consider removing it even the refund is declined.
