bought wrong theme :(

My first purchase on themeforest.net should be mistake.
I want bought a wordpress theme (newspaper) , and after ordering it I realized I chose the wrong one (betheme). I immediately submitted a customer service request, but have heard nothing. How long does it normally take to resolve this type of issue?
I have not downloaded any time on any theme that I have been changed to the newspaper theme ?
