So you not only got a refund but also left a bad rating to hurt the author and their livelihood. As if that is not enough, you now want to call them out publicly on the forums and shame them.
The only fault I am finding with the author is contacting you on Facebook and not wanting to help you initially but you did get a refund, so don't you think it has gone far enough?
Think it's time that the both of you parted ways and minimized your damages. Quite disappointing really. Don't even know what to say.
