1 star rating by the buyer asking to support after support expired

@leafcolor, This whole discussion is wasted when vendors (Authors?) Don't reply to buyers asking pre sales question about missing or confussing description of themes. Forget the support issue for now, it won't exist if a seller hasn't got the common courtesy to respond to simple questions from someone intending to buy their software.

What point is there in complaining about expired support when half a dozen authors all simply don't answer pre-sales questions? Maybe the 1 star rating should be applicable to the idiots who send automatic replies telling an enquirer who used the correct message form that their request won't be answered unless they submit it from the forum?

Let that Canadian idiot who sent the message stand up and identify himself. How he even sells a Directory or anything at all is beyond comprehension. Its this sort of stupidity that and the slack thinking that software is a product, not a service and only services need to be supported that is the root of bad ratings.
