Looking to hire someone to make me a graphic gif banner for wordpress

I need something never done before. I need graphic designed banner. A gif banner that moves for 4 secs and repeats. My friend created a Wordpress site and it's our first called: LowKeyFun.com

We need a banner that says Low Key Fun
( hopefully the lettering in amazing designed graphics that moves like clear water waves.

The background for the banner must some how blend with 3 apps we use and they are: WeChat, Kakao talk and Whatsapp ( Kakao talk should be in the middle since it's yellow and black app but you can design the apps together into graphics however you design it. I am not sure what is the banner size for Wordpress, as long as the banner is in high resolution and nice.
