So, bottom line:
- A few authors received 1 stars hen asked users to extend support
- Raised tickets
- Received a negative response from Envato, it's kinda user experience and under guidelines.
- Created a new forum thread where authors asked you to do something.
- You waited 2 months and now say that since we didn't raise many tickets, this problem isn't considered as a problem anymore.
I am pretty sure when authors get first 1 star rating with this reason, they will keep provide support for free. Because author is the only one person who cares about own product.
Why didn't you guys consider all possible issues with your new rules? Why didn't you ask, as you say, your "community" for a feedback BEFORE deploy these changes. The only thing you show us with every new feature - you don't care about what we think. That's very sad.
