Changes to the refund, dispute and ratings system on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon

There are so many such cases possible which all are against authors. So I don't think need to find solutions for all. :slight_smile:

What I am thinking is this feature is completely unwanted. When buyer ask for refund then in most cases I think there is no need to solve it. If buyer understands and want to solve then he never ask for refund instead he can contact author for support not for refund. :smiley:
