Changes to the refund, dispute and ratings system on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon

Now the Buyer left a 1 star review saying that the theme does not work (infact its working). So that review is usually not against the review rules. But the Buyer took the advantage of it.. just because the Author declined his request.

In this case, Whether we can remove that rating?

1. When an author approves a refund, the customer's rating for that item purchase will be removed, along with the customer's rights to use and download the item.
