Changes to the refund, dispute and ratings system on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon

Excellent idea. But I didn't catch if authors can initiate refund. Recently I spent almost 3 hours explaining how to update WordPress plugin. The questions were so stupid and obvious, it made me really angry after 10 minutes. My time and nerves are much more expensive comparing to Item price. So in this case I prefer to refund and forget about such "customer".
