Hi, have individuated 3 bug,
1) problem is message, use this symbol ' (apostrophe) compare this \
2) logo for retina display not view correctly, it remains small logo, other diplay view correct.
3) have problem views for iphone
This user can't create ticket in my support forum because support was expired. And now begin to report problems like bug. But there is no bug exist on the system. This user requesting support under BUG name.
What should we do now?
If I say "I can not help you without create ticket and please purchase support extension" then I will get a 1 star rating 99%.
Can you give me a suggestion please?
