Seeking a WP fashion theme that can tag images with what it is.

I am doing so work for a customer and I found a template that had built in a way to put interactive points on a photo that when pressed/moused into it would po pup a "what it is" $34 Bobstore

It was a great looking template but I cannot located it. Anyone remember see something like that?
